How Anisa coaches

Anisa combines lived experience of founding and scaling the award‑winning insight and engagement agency Beatfreeks with formal training in coaching, governance and behaviour change. Her coaching helps you navigate complexity, make braver decisions and build deep, grounded confidence. Sessions are held online and are practical, challenging and human. Every session designed to turn reflection into decisions and decisions into action.
