the big
five topics.

Over 15 years experience (yeah, she looks good for her age) in social entrepreneurship, youth engagement, cultural innovation and levering creative ideas for change.

Anisa works across private, charitable and cultural sectors to address the big five topics on the agenda for business for the next decade: diversity & inclusion, governance, leadership, culture and purpose.

Anisa consults with companies and leaders to unlock new thinking and drive deeper brand purpose to ultimately challenge and change what ‘business as usual’ means for organisations and for the people they serve.

Anisa holds space for ‘thinking aloud’ that helps unlock jammed areas with the people she works with. She’s interested in playful and productive conversations that help individuals feel heard and able to move forwards. An experienced coach and mentor, Anisa most recently coached 16 leaders on the National Culture Reset Programme. She has also worked with the British Council and the British Embassy in Russia to train female creative entrepreneurs across Russia. Anisa is currently training towards her ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring.

Anisa is available for 1-1 coaching sessions for you to have a space held where you can work through goals, challenges and opportunities in a warm and productive way. This could be a one-off session, or a custom programme of coaching sessions personally tailored to your needs. Visit Anisa’s dedicated coaching page for more information on coaching packages.
